Sharnice Parker is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She begin her nursing career in 2012 where she gained experience in long-term, rehab care, geriatric care, acute care, psychiatry and end-of-life care. She graduated and received her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) degree in 2020. Sharnice is licensed by Florida and Arizona state board of nursing and board certified by American Association of nurse practitioners (AANP)

Select a date and time that best suits your needs. We have a variety of appointment types you can be seen for.
Complete Paperwork
You will then receive medical intake forms to complete, via email, prior to your visit.
Submit Payment or Choose a Plan
Payment is collected prior to your appointment, after credit card authorization and intake forms are completed.
Join Virtual Appointment
After creating your Patient Portal profile, you will then be sent a secure link to access and join your virtual appointment.
